🛀Гомеостатический процесс, как уже писала ранее, регулирует нашу потребность во сне. Ключевым элементом этого процесса является 🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠🔠. Это вещество, которое накапливается у нас в течение дня и в процессе накопления воздействует на мозг, подавляя активность нейронов и вызывает сонливость. Когда аденозин достигает своего максимального (критического) значения, человек под давлением этого процесса засыпает.
